The Highlands is simply a paradise for anyone that cares about health, fitness and state of mind, or even those who appreciate that once or twice a year it’s worth blowing away a few cobwebs and just getting out there.
Sometimes a simple decision to get outdoors or escape the office can itself become a life-changing experience. We are privileged to be able to offer a level of open spaces unparalleled in the UK; the scenery alone is worth a visit.

At Wildland, we believe that connecting with nature is good for your soul. It helps you clear your mind, releases your stresses and brings forward your inner positivity and good attitude.

From mountain to sea, we have countless opportunities for you to connect with nature and to do so in a way which feels right for you. We have visitors that love to pursue wild swimming or even ice swimming – we can provide a guide to the best rivers and lochs in which to do so. We have mountain bikes and kayaks – if fact, a day spent kayaking some of our coastline is amongst the very best that the Highlands has to offer. Or if you’re feeling more energetic, why not climb a Munro (or two) or go for a run in a National Park or Nature Reserve?

… and, again, if that’s all too aerobic for you, there couldn’t be a better place to practise yoga and meditation, or simply, to go for a stroll and enjoy the views. The opportunities are endless.
